Refitting the Hall

Years of tight purse strings and physical neglect have taken their toll on the once grand Hall of the Sunset. Once a prominent estate house some distance from Kord's walled environs, she now sits on the Eastern side of the cosmopolitan district of Westgate. The district and streets have literally grown up around, and in some cases onto the Hall.

Our 'heroes' find themselves with new responsibilities as guild-members. Silvio Verbosa has big dreams of restoring the Hall to its' former glory, complete with additions he has thought of himself and poured over plans for with Arantes on longer winter nights.

Silvio is looking to make a start on fixing the Hall of the Sunset. His estimates at the moment indicate that the first decision should be in structural repairs. At present the Sunset Wanderers 'public' finances are very distressed. To this end he has announced that the funds needed for the first phase will be a priority and run to:

First Phase: Present Tally – Completed.

Estimated Work Time (24 Days) – 8.5 (effective) Days Complete.

Target – 2,500 GP – (The Core). Construction Materials, Reinforcing Basement, Structure for Upper Levels, Stairs, Doors, Windows and Reinforcing the Old Spiked Fence around the Compound.

When this figure is reached and paid for the Upper and Lower Levels of the Main Areas of the Hall of the Sunset will once again be fit for renovation and regular usage.

Stretch Goal – 1,000 GP (The Tower). The Above figure leaves out the cash required for the White Knight's Tower, which has become rickety and infested with pigeons. An additional 1,000 GP within 2 Ten-Days of obtaining the Target will mean that the Player Characters receive a Boon, Item or Other Advancement appropriate to the level of service rendered (pun intended).

Second Phase: Present Tally – 2,816.9 GP.

Estimated Work Time (12 Days) – 0.0 (effective) Days Complete.

Target – 4,500 GP – (A Functional Building Complex). Construction Materials, Refitting Upper Levels, Re-furnishing Lower Levels, Cistern Re-fit, Bath-House Re-fit, Forge Re-fit, Stable/Yard Re-fit and bolstering of Buttresses/Supply Shaft in Cellar Level.

Stretch Goal – 2,500 GP (Specialist Rooms). The total above does not include the beginnings of specialised rooms for the guild. This component will allow for the preparations to construct a reinforced "Alchemical Room' for experimentation and the Re-fit of the soon to be stable "White Knights Tower". The actual use of which will be determined by vote at a future time. An additional 2,500 GP within 2 Ten-Days of obtaining the Target will mean that the Player Characters receive a Boon, Item or Other Advancement appropriate to the level of service.
